Our CP product lines provide the Oil and Gas Industry with specialized Completion and Production tools for unique well solutions.

Our in-house professional engineering team and technical staff with decades of combined experience provides technical oversight for downhole applications in completion and production needs.

Each well application can be modeled to provide the best technical solution utilizing the latest industry software modeling in torque and drag, vibration harmonics, FEA analysis, and CFD. Models of each product are generated in 3D which are then used to create manufacturing drawings for shop use and inspections. The engineering and quality departments work hand-in-hand to ensure reliability and durability, as well as the efficient manufacturing of all Drilling Tools products. The engineering team also provides technical customer support for all product lines in all stages of the well life cycle and participates in forensic investigations to assist the customer in evaluating downhole tool performance.
