The safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers is our number one concern. Every Drilling Tools International employee is empowered with the responsibility of Stop Work Authority - the right to halt activity while the hazard is corrected. No operation is so important that it should continue in a manner that permits undue risk to personnel, the public, or property.
We firmly believe that a healthy workforce produces a best-in-class product. Our health and wellness programs encourage all of our employees to maintain a high fitness for duty and an overall sense of well-being. We strive to maintain top tier housekeeping and industrial hygiene standards at our facilities, ensuring that our employees have a clean and safe place to work every day.
All employees receive site-specific safety training via custom-developed videos. Site-specific and task-specific training helps reduce on-the-job injuries.
Safety Boards at each facility help communicate best safety practices to our employees. This is customized by facility and department and focuses on safety specific topics such as LOTO, HAZCOM, JSA's and more.
Increased safety personnel means more resources are dedicated to our facilities and the people who work in them.
Our Environmental, Social, and Governance Policy was jointly developed by DTI and TRC, a trusted partner in ESG compliance, to meet the stringent SEC standards required for publicly traded companies.
Our DOT program is designed to foster the safe transport of our products and other heavy cargo across the U.S. and Canada.
A Stop Work Authority program enables all DTI personnel to participate in safe work practices – effectively stopping work until the hazard or issue is addressed.
Annual internal audits for all facilities help ensure that safe work practices and safety standards are maintained.
All employees are required to complete safety training specific to their job description once a year.
Our Lockout/Tagout program safeguards employees from the unexpected energization or startup of machinery and equipment, or the release of hazardous energy during service or maintenance activities.
DTI's hearing conservation program helps ensure that employees operating near loud machinery do not develop hearing damage over time.
