Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Understanding of strategic planning and the ability to work with other sales team members
- Personable, professional, safety conscience
- Must be able to pass background and have acceptable driving record

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients as prospective customers
- Submit proposals for Drilling Tools products and services
- Probe Clients for their challenges and proscribe Drilling Tools solutions
- Maintain KPIs on work performed and track the value Drilling Tools performed for wells/jobs complete
- Understand the complete sales cycle and product line
- Extensive local travel within the Permian Basin
Desired Expertise
- Field sales, calling on rigs in the Permian
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients as prospective customers
- Responsible for engaging clients for the purpose of proposing solutions and applications for company’s products and services
